A great weekend of swimming from Tynedale SC. Halle swimming 400 Free at her first NER’s especially Open, well done Hal great swim 
.Harry picked up gold in the Open 800 Free 
dropping a massive 10 seconds to 8:45.33. Chris picking up Silver in
the 200 Brs swimming a life time’s best and the repeated the haul with a silver in the 100 Brs swimming another PB. Harry made the 200 Free final achieving a best time and Chris made 50 Brs in a close final. Harry and Chris represented the Newly formed N&D Performance Programme SC. Chris was chosen to swim the 100 Brs leg of the 4 X 100 Medley. Helping the team made up of Derwentside and Tynedale to take gold in a win over City of Sheffield. Harry swam the 100 Free leg for the B team helping them finish 3rd 
. Harry then swam the anchor leg of the 4 X 200 & the 4 X 100 helping the team achieve silverin both.
